How to reach Ohrid
By Air:
The closest airport to Ohrid is the Ohrid “St. Paul the Apostle” Airport, which is located about 10 kilometers from the city center. There are flights to and from several European cities, including Vienna, Zurich, London, and Dortmund, among others. You can check for flights on airlines such as Wizz Air, Turkish Airlines, Chair Airlines, Corendon Airlines and Edelweiss.
By Bus:
If you’re travelling from other cities in North Macedonia, you can take a bus to Ohrid. There are several bus companies that operate regular services to Ohrid. The journey time will vary depending on where you’re coming from, but it usually takes around 3-4 hours from Skopje.
By Car:
Driving to Ohrid can be a convenient option if you have a rental car or your own vehicle.
